“Are the Ukrainians as hospitable as they boast to be?”

Isn’t Ukrainian hospitality a flattering myth, after all? That’s the question the Journalist Human Rights Network coordinator  Iryna Virtosu raises in her column in “Ukrainska Pravda”. Based on the results of the second social survey on Ukrainians’ awareness of human rights and freedoms (specifically, of tolerance and discrimination issues), the author draws a disappointing conclusion: almost 28% of our compatriots don’t consider discrimination a big deal, while tolerance holds the last, thirteenth, place in our human rights chart.
